Redeemed staff and Board of Directors are comprised of trained and passionate men and women who are actively engaged as modern-day abolitionists. Our staff receives quarterly training to better serve our clients and our board members are all seasoned veterans in their respective full-time careers outside of Redeemed. They bring strong and stable leadership to Redeemed through their years of life, work, and ministry experience. Most importantly, they live out their commitment to ending modern-day slavery through their service.
Dennis is currently serving as Executive Director for Redeemed Ministries. Dennis has experience and deep understanding of the impact of human trafficking and its effects and the resulting trauma. He has also served several years as “House Dad” in the safe house.
Director of Finance/HR
Leslieann brings several years in non-profit bookkeeping experience and provides excellent financial record keeping with diligence and integrity. She also brings years of human resource experience which further solidifies our administrative team.

Bobbie has served with Redeemed for almost 14 years in a variety of positions, including that of “House Mom” for over 7 years. She is responsible for the development of the overall program and supervises both our residential and independent programs.

Residential Program Coordinator
Laurie is responsible for coordinating all program activities in our residential program. She provides excellent care to our clients in our program and demonstrates a true sense of concern for their healing journey.
Residential Living Coordinator
Mary is responsible for managing the home in our residential program and coordinating all household activities and care for our sparrows. She has a servant’s heart and loves her work of living and serving our clients.

Independent Program Coordinator
Elle serves our independent clients in the Houston area by providing case management to help clients meet their goals. She believes that all are worthy of healing, empowerment, and hope.
Residential Care Coach
Portia is a Houston, Texas native and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She has over ten years experience in providing organizational/administrative support in the Insurance and staffing fields.

Nikki was born in Canada but spent her childhood living in Seattle. Nikki has experience in healthcare from working as a dental assistant for about 15 years. After leaving that field, she worked in oil/gas logistics for many years.
Will is Partner at Rockland Capital and has been with the firm since the firm was founded in 2003. Rockland Capital is a private equity firm focused on the acquisition, optimization and management of power generating facilities in North America.
Lance is a Partner at Pinch Transport and has been with the company since 2005. He has served in many capacities in the company including operations manager, business development and general manager. He has a passion in developing leaders to achieve excellence in every facet of their life.
Kristian Rose, esq
Kristian serves as General Counsel for Refined Technologies. From 2013-2016, he served as General Counsel and Director of Texas Operations for a multinational anti-trafficking organization striving toward the end of child trafficking and exploitation through prevention and survivor care.
Dana is a business entrepreneur in the healthcare industry, she owns a consulting company that helps providers and hospitals enhance patient continuity of care. As a follower of Christ she is passionate about giving back and showing Christ’s love of others through her.
David is the Chief Marketing Officer at National Oilwell Varco. He is skilled at motivating large groups, strategic leadership, market development, new business model change, leadership growth and all forms of development.
