Client Referrals

In order to meet the needs of women who have been victimized and exploited, Redeemed Ministries has the following guidelines in place to provide quality services to survivors.  Please review the following intake considerations, the scope of care and the application process so placement can be handled in a timely manner.

intake considerationS:

Law enforcement or anti-trafficking agency referrals

  • 18-40 years of age

  • A survivor of sex trafficking

  • A U.S. Citizen

  • Biologically female

  • Free from an imminent threat from others

  • Free of drugs and/or alcohol withdrawals or detox for 30-days

  • An individual who is not a threat to herself or others

  • Readiness for change and healing

  • We are able to meet the needs of the applicant

THOSE INDIVIDUALS BEYOND THE SCOPE OF OUR LEVEL OF CARE:

  • Actively addicted and unwilling to go through substance abuse/addiction rehabilitation

  • On medication-assisted treatment such as methadone or Suboxone or taking prescription narcotics

  • Non-ambulatory or unable to manage self-care

  • Has physical custody of her children (unless arrangements for long-term care have been secured for her children)

  • Diagnosed with a debilitating medical or mental health condition

  • Diagnosed with Hepatitis, HIV/AIDS, or Tuberculosis

  • Escaping warrants or has court obligations requiring out of state travel during the first three-months

  • Actively suicidal/homicidal and/or in a mental health crisis

 Application Process

Online CLIENT REFERRAL FORM

  • Phone conference with referring agency

  • Criminal background check completed

  • Assessments Completed

  • In-person interview with the applicant

  • The application process can take 1-4 weeks (those local to Houston may stay at an emergency shelter for processing
